Starting in 1980, with just a vision, one of the Directors of East Coast Village Homes developed the first of five different Mobile Home Villages and in excess of 1400 Homes and Cabins over a twenty year period. These were developed under different companies and the same determination, vision, quality control and guidance has been brought to East Coast Village Homes. The company's success comes primarily from its ability to adjust to different demands, such as multi-code differences among the various states and design adaptations to not only the holiday park cabins but to such other products as relocatable homes, granny cabins, modular homes and export quality Factory Built Housing.
